Perry L. Ponder, P.E. is the President and Founder of Seven Hills Engineering. He brings a broad range of engineering design experience to the Company including heavy truck design, semi-trailer design, heavy truck and trailer underride protection, and patented permeable groin structures. Mr. Ponder has conducted many types of forensic analysis and accident reconstructions.
